Warranty & RMA

Every Safiery product is backed by our warranty. If something isn't right, start a warranty request below and we'll guide you through the return.

Warranty terms

Standard warranty

24 months from date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

Solid State Lithium packs

Safiery Solid State Lithium battery packs carry a 5-year warranty from date of purchase.

Not covered

Misuse, unauthorized modification, water ingress beyond the product's rated ingress protection, and normal wear items.

Third-party products

Third-party products (e.g. Victron) follow the manufacturer's own warranty process — please contact us at sales@safiery.com and we'll point you the right way.

How the RMA process works

RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorisation — it's the reference we open so your return is tracked end to end.

  1. Submit a requestYou fill in the form below with your invoice number, the product and what's gone wrong. We email you a warranty reference (e.g. WR-000123) straight away.
  2. We review itOur team checks the request against your purchase and the product's warranty terms, and comes back to you by email.
  3. We authorise the returnIf it's covered, we issue an RMA and send return instructions — where to send the unit and how to pack it.
  4. Inspect & resolveOnce your unit arrives we inspect it and complete the warranty outcome: repair, replacement or credit.
  5. Back to youWe keep you posted by email at each step, right through to dispatching your repaired or replacement unit.
